How does the recipient redeem a voucher?+

The email contains a unique Gift Voucher code. It can be entered in the Apply Code field during online booking or presented to the salon.

Can the voucher be used over multiple appointments?+

Yes. Partial redemption is supported, so any unused balance remains on the voucher until it is used or reaches its configured expiry.

How long is the voucher valid?+

This voucher is configured for 3 years validity from issue.

Can I send it on a future date?+

Yes. Choose scheduled delivery above and select a future date and time in the salon's Sydney timezone.
